Some orders come with extra weight. When our local softball league needed gear, it wasn't just another job on the schedule — these are Lompoc fields, local families, kids and neighbors playing under the same lights we grew up with. Go All Stars.

Every detail matters on team gear, maybe more than anywhere else. Names and marks get compared side by side in a dugout, so consistency across the whole run is the real test — piece one and piece thirty have to match exactly.

That's a process problem, and we have a process: one digitized file for the run, thread pulled from the same dye lots, a stitched sample approved before the batch starts. It's the unglamorous discipline that makes a league's gear look like a league, not a loose collection of shirts.

We've made the case before that gear for local and rec sports is worth doing right. Kids notice when their team looks real. So do the parents in the stands. That pride is the whole point.
