Go Cruisers. The local softball club wanted a real team look, not just a printed shirt, so we built them a set: navy team jackets with matching trucker caps. The kind of kit that makes a roster feel like a roster when they roll up to the field together.

Navy is a smart base for a softball team. It hides field dust, holds a bright thread color well, and looks as sharp in the dugout as it does at the after-game taco run. We embroidered the Cruisers mark onto the jacket chest and carried the same crest onto the cap front, so the two pieces clearly belong to the same set.

Before the full run we digitized the logo and ran a stitched-out sample. Matching a jacket and a cap means matching the embroidery across two very different blanks, a heavier jacket panel and a structured cap front. We proof both so the crest sits the same on each, and we set thread colors once so navy reads as navy across the whole order.

We kept the file, which is what makes a team order actually work over time. Pick up a new player mid-season or replace a jacket that's been loved hard, and the reorder matches the originals. No starting over.
