We stitched a run of custom hats for our friends at Allied and Fence. Their standard on a job is squared-up and tidy, and the hats had to match: clean look for a clean job.

Getting a logo to sit clean on a cap is mostly decisions made before the machine starts. Placement centered on the front panels, stitch density matched to the crown, and a stitch-out on the actual blank — not a screen mockup — before the run goes live.
