Allied & Fence Co. suited up, and we had the chance to stitch the caps that did it. A fencing crew is out in the sun and dirt all day, so the brief was simple — a sharp hat that carries the company name and holds up to the work.

We made them custom caps with the logo stitched in clean. Embroidery is the right call for a working hat, because the mark is part of the cap instead of sitting on top of it waiting to wear off — so it rides through the dust and the hours without cracking or fading.

We dialed it in the way we dial in every run. We digitized the logo, ran a stitched-out proof so they could see it in thread before we committed, and kept the file so the next cap or the next hire's hat matches the first one exactly.
