Bark J Angus is a cattle ranch, and ranch folks know what they want — clean black-and-white Richardson hats that look right on the range and at the sale barn alike. No fuss, just a sharp cap carrying the brand. That's our kind of job.
We built these on the Richardson, a structured trucker cap made for long days and open country. The structured front holds the embroidery crisp, and a high-contrast black-and-white mark reads clean from across a pen. Simple done right beats busy done loose every time.
Black and white sounds easy, but it's where digitizing earns its keep — the white thread has to sit bright and clean without fuzzing into the black. We set the stitch order, ran a stitched-out proof, and got the thumbs-up before the run. The file's kept on hand so the next batch matches the first.
We're a Lompoc shop on the Central Coast, so a ranch can drop the brand off and see a real proof in person. Here's the trucker cap rundown — including the Richardson we used here.
Proud to stitch caps for a cattle ranch working the Central Coast. When you need the next run, come find us.
