Dakis Foods

Dakis Foods wanted sleek custom hats with some bold embroidery, and we wrapped up a run we're proud of — classic trucker style with the company name stitched up front. For a food distribution outfit, a sharp cap travels everywhere the trucks do.

We built these on the Richardson 112, which is the trucker cap most crews mean when they say trucker cap. Structured front, mesh back, made for long days and open windows. The structured panel holds bold embroidery crisp, so the logo reads clean from across a dock or a parking lot.

We digitized the mark, ran a stitched-out proof so Dakis could see it in thread before the run, and kept the file on hand. That way a reorder or a new driver's cap matches the first one exactly — no drift, no guessing.
