Eagle Eye Firearms came to us for flat-bill hats, and we built them on Richardson blanks in camo. A flat bill and a structured crown give a logo a flat, firm stage to sit on — the stitching reads crisp instead of folding into the fabric.

Camo is a trickier canvas than people expect. The pattern is already busy, so thread choice does the heavy lifting: the mark has to hold its own against the print without shouting. We ran stitch-outs until the contrast sat right.

We reach for Richardson a lot for exactly this kind of cap — the blanks are consistent, panel to panel, which matters when a logo has to land in the same spot across a whole run. We wrote up our take in our guide to trucker and structured caps.
