Horseshoe digitized specifically for the side panel's size and curve

Not every logo belongs front and center. For EO Martinez, the idea was a horseshoe embroidered on the side of the cap — off-axis, understated, the kind of detail you catch on the second look. Our job was to bring that vision to life exactly as imagined.

Side embroidery is its own discipline. The side panel of a cap is smaller and curves differently than the front, so the hoop setup, stitch angles, and design scale all have to be rethought — you can't just slide a front-panel file over and hope.

So we digitized the horseshoe specifically for that placement: sized to the panel, stitch directions following the curve, density set so the shape stays open and clean instead of closing up at small scale. Then a stitched sample, checked in hand, before the real run.

This is the part of the craft we love — a client arrives with a picture in their head, and the digitizing is the translation work that gets it into thread without losing anything. One stitch at a time is not a slogan; it's literally how it happens.

If you've got a specific vision — an unusual placement, a small mark, a detail nobody else would bother getting right — bring it to us. We're on the Central Coast and we like the tricky ones. Send it over and we'll proof it properly.
