We digitize the artwork ourselves — mapping every line of the logo into stitch directions, densities, and underlay so it sits crisp on a structured cap and clean on a shirt front. Caps and shirts pull thread differently, so we don't run the same file on both. The curve of a hat panel and the drape of a shirt each get their own adjustments, and we stitch a proof before committing the run. Detail matters, and it's cheaper to catch it on stitch one than on piece fifty.

Thread choice carries the rest. We match colors against the actual garments, not a screen, and pick weights that hold up to real wear — the kind of decisions we cover in stitch count, thread weight, and fabric pull.
