Some jobs are a single hat; some are a fresh batch. For our friends at Gnarwhal Creations we ran two colorways side by side — MultiCam-pattern caps and clean black ones — the same logo living on two very different canvases.

That's harder than it sounds. A camo pattern is busy by design, so thread colors that pop on black can vanish on MultiCam. We test the logo against both fabrics before running anything, adjusting contrast so the mark reads clearly on each without redrawing the brand.

The digitizing carries across, but the thread decisions don't. Getting one design to sit right on multiple blanks is a proofing problem, and we solve it the way we always do — stitch a sample of each, hold them in hand, and only then commit the batch.
