We stitched a run of custom hats for the Huyckville family. These aren't just any hats — for this crew they're a symbol of unity and pride, and we treated the job that way.

Family orders are some of the best work that comes through the shop. There's no brand manual, just a name that means something and a group of people who want to wear it the same way. Our job is to make that name look like it's always belonged on a cap.

The process is the same one we give a business: the design gets digitized for the cap's curve, we pick thread that holds its color through years of sun and washing, and we run a stitch-out to approve before the full set. Consistency matters most on a matching run — every hat in the batch has to be identical.
