In real estate, you are the brand. Every open house, every showing, every coffee meeting — the name has to be visible and the look has to be put together. For our friend Jose Montes, that meant new hoodies with his real estate brand printed clean across them.

We chose print for this one deliberately. Larger artwork across a hoodie is where printing shines — big, smooth coverage that embroidery can't match at that scale. Knowing when to print and when to stitch is half the craft; the other half is executing whichever one the job calls for.

Execution meant proofing placement and scale on the actual garment, not a mockup. A print that looks right on screen can sit too high or run too wide on a real hood and chest, so we check it on the blank before committing the run.

A hoodie is also just smart gear for an agent — warm enough for early open-house setups, casual enough to feel like a neighbor rather than a pitch. It's the same thinking behind a good open-house uniform: dressed for the work, name always readable.
