Legacy Fastpitch chose us to stitch their team visors, and that's the kind of job we take personally. A visor spends its whole life in sun, sweat, and infield dust — the stitching has to be as tough as the season.

Visors are honest work to embroider. There's less real estate than a full cap crown, so the logo gets digitized specifically for that narrow band — stitch density and letter weight tuned so nothing fills in or blurs at game distance.

Hooping a curved visor band takes a steady hand and the right frame. We run a test stitch-out first, check it on the actual blank, and only then run the team's set. Every piece comes off the machine and gets looked over before it goes in the box.

We've stitched for a lot of local teams, and our take on whether custom gear is worth it for youth and rec sports is simple: it is, when it's built to outlast the season. Matching gear does something for a dugout that's hard to measure.
