Band merch has to do two jobs at once: look good on stage and sell at the table. Embroidery gives a hat that made-thing quality — real merch, not swag — which matters when a fan is deciding whether to hand over twenty bucks after the set.

A band logo usually arrives as album art or a flyer graphic, which is a different animal from an embroidery file. We rebuild it stitch by stitch — simplifying where thread demands it, keeping the attitude intact — and run a proof so the band signs off before the batch.
