These 3D hats were made for Locos Only — for the real ones out on the field. They've shown us love and kept riding with us, and we put that energy back into the work.

3D puff is embroidery with dimension. A foam layer goes under the thread, the needle cuts and seals the edges, and the letters literally rise off the cap. Done right, it gives a logo the raised, sculpted look you see on pro headwear.

It's also the least forgiving technique we run. The digitizing has to be built for puff from the start — denser walls of stitching to trap the foam, cleaner corners, no fine detail that would collapse. We proof every puff design on a real cap before the run.
