Luis Botello has been with us since day one. When someone keeps coming back year after year, it means the work is holding up — and around here, that kind of trust means everything. This time it was a fresh run of hats to start the new year.

A returning order isn't a copy-paste job, but it is a faster one. The design is already digitized and proven, so a second run comes together quicker than the first — the setup work was done right the first time and stays done.

We still treat every run like it matters. Fresh blanks get checked, thread tension gets dialed for the fabric on the machine that day, and the first piece off the line gets compared against the original before the rest run.

Long relationships are honestly our favorite part of this work. A logo we've stitched for years is one we know by heart — customers who come back are the best measure of whether we're doing our job.
