We just wrapped another batch of custom hats for our friend Marco Hernandez. "Another" is the word we are proud of — when someone comes back for the next run, it means the last one held up.

Repeat runs are where embroidery quietly rewards you. The logo was digitized once, dialed in on the first batch, and now every reorder starts from a proven file — same density, same placement, stitch for stitch. We explain why that matters in reorders: faster and cheaper the second time.

Consistency is the whole game on a personal brand. A hat is often the first place people meet the mark, so batch two has to be indistinguishable from batch one. We keep the file, the thread record, and the blank spec on hand so it is.
