MTCO is a construction company that gets something a lot of outfits miss: a hat on every crew member is the cheapest advertising the company will ever run. Every job site, gas station, and lunch counter becomes a place the brand shows up. So we made sure their caps earned the attention.
A construction cap has to do two jobs — survive the work and carry the name clean. We built the embroidery to sit crisp on a structured front panel so the logo reads sharp from across a site, and stays that way through the sun, the sweat, and the wash.
We digitized the mark, ran a stitched-out proof so MTCO could see it in thread before the run, and kept the file on hand. That's the part that matters for a repeat client — the next batch matches the last one to the stitch, so a crew that grows still looks like one team.
We're a Lompoc shop, so a Central Coast builder can sort the whole order out in person. And when a hat wears through or a new hand starts, the reorder's quick — here's why a second run is faster and cheaper.
Shoutout to MTCO for the continued support. When the crew needs another round of walking billboards, you know where to find us.
