There's a reason truckers and hats go together. Long days, early loads, a lot of sun through the windshield — a good cap earns its keep. When Perez Trucking let us gear them up, we wanted the hats to feel like part of the rig: solid, dependable, nothing fussy.

We started where we always do, with the logo. Every mark gets digitized in-house — converted stitch by stitch into a file tuned for the curve of a cap crown — so the name sits sharp instead of blurring into the fabric.

The blank matters as much as the stitching. A cap that's going to live in a truck cab needs a structure that holds its shape and a fit that stays comfortable through a full shift. We've written before about which caps take embroidery best, and jobs like this are why we're picky.

Then it's thread, backing, and a proof. We match colors to the brand, run a sample, and only start the batch once the stitch-out looks right in hand — not just on a screen. It's slower than guessing. It's also why the hats look right.
