- Green and gold spools swatch-tested on both hat fabric and jacket shell to read identical across the kit
The Raw Garden job is one of our favorites: green and gold hats alongside Kuhl jackets, stitched for the grower team. When a brand's colors are that distinctive, the embroidery has to honor them exactly.
Matching green and gold across two different garments is a thread-library problem. Hat fabric and jacket shell take color differently, so we pull spools, stitch swatches on both materials, and pick the pair that reads identical side by side. How many colors a logo needs — and which exact spools — is a decision we make at the machine, not on a screen.
Kuhl jackets are premium blanks, and we treat them that way. A technical shell wants the right needle, lighter density, and backing that stabilizes the stitch without stiffening the fabric — you should feel the jacket, not the logo.
Hats bring the opposite challenge: a small curved canvas where every stitch is load-bearing. Running both pieces as one job means the team's gear reads as one kit, whether they're in a cap or a jacket.
If your team wears its colors proudly, we'd love to get them right. Bring us the gear you actually want to wear — our catalog runs from workwear to premium shells — and we'll match your palette thread for thread.
