Rio Vista Chevrolet

Custom hats crafted exclusively for our friends at Rio Vista Chevrolet — that was the brief, and it was a fun one. Designed for every Chevy enthusiast on the lot and off it, these caps had to carry the spirit of adventure that comes with the brand.

We made them custom caps with the logo stitched in clean. A structured cap holds a mark crisp, so the embroidery reads sharp whether it's on a salesperson at the showroom or a customer who drove off happy. Stitched in, not printed on, so it lasts as long as the truck does.

We treated it like every run that comes through the shop. We digitized the mark, pulled a stitched-out proof so they could see it in thread before we committed, and kept the file so a reorder matches the first cap exactly.
