RKG Fab Design represents dedication, grit, and real skill — the kind of work where a clean weld and a tight tolerance are the whole point. We were proud to deliver gear that matches the heart they put into their fabrication.

We stitched their caps in metallic thread, which gives the logo a bit of shine without losing the crispness a working hat needs. Metallic thread runs differently than standard — it wants a careful stitch density and the right tension — so we dialed it in to sit clean on the panel instead of fraying or puckering.

Before the run, we digitized the mark and pulled a stitched-out proof so they could see the metallic in thread, not just imagine it. Once it looked right in the hoop, we kept the file so the next cap matches the first one shine for shine.
