Ron's Plumbing didn't want a uniform that looked like a uniform. They wanted a run of trucker caps in red, grey, navy, and blue — let the crew pick their color, but keep them all flying the same lion mascot up front.

That's a fun job and a careful one. A logo has to read clean on four different cap colors, and a mascot like a lion has a lot going on — mane, face, the personality that makes a mascot worth having. So we digitized it to hold its detail whether it's stitched on grey or navy, then ran a stitched-out proof to check it across the colorways before the run.

Once it was dialed, the mix-and-match was the easy part. Every hat carries the same crisp lion, just in the color the wearer reached for that morning. We kept the file too, so when a new plumber starts or someone wears a favorite cap into the ground, the replacement matches the original lion exactly.

We're a Lompoc shop, which means a Central Coast plumbing crew can sort out their whole look in person — hold the caps, pick the colors, see the mascot in thread before anything's committed. The minimum's twelve caps, which is about right for a growing crew.

A team that looks like a team, with room for a little personality. That's our kind of run. Bring us the lion and we'll dial it in.
