Rough Rider Gang

Shoutout to the Rough Rider Gang for letting us make their swag for the Santa Barbara Fiesta Cruiser Ride. A cruiser crew rolling through Fiesta deserves gear that matches the occasion, and we were glad to be the shop that stitched it.

Event swag has a deadline that doesn't move. Fiesta comes when it comes, so the gear has to be right the first time, no second pass. We matched thread colors to the crew's look so every piece read as one set when the gang rolled out together.

Before the run we digitized the design and stitched out a sample, the way we do on any batch. We put the proof in our hands, checked the mark on the blank, and only then committed, because swag that goes out at an event is the crew's face for the day.

We kept the file, too, so next year's ride can match this year's, and a rider who's been rolling with the gang ends up with a matched set instead of a drawer of one-offs that don't quite line up.
