Southland Car Club

Shoutout to Southland Car Club, one of our first clients. When you've been stitching as long as we have, you remember the crews who took a chance on you early, and Southland is right at the top of that list.

A car club lives and dies by its look, so the gear has to carry the crest the same way every time, across two very different blanks. We embroidered the Southland mark onto hats and carried it onto shirts, matching the thread colors so the caps and the shirts read as one clean set.

Before the run we digitized the design and ran a stitched-out sample, the way we do on any batch. We proof in hand so the mark sits the same on a structured cap front as it does on a shirt, then set the thread colors once so the club reads consistent across the whole order.

We kept the file, which is the whole point of a relationship this long. Years later, a reorder still matches the originals, so a member from the early days and one who joined last season end up in gear that lines up exactly.
