The Cruisers

The Cruisers came to us for visors and shirts — a full matching set for the team. There's something satisfying about a coordinated kit coming off the machines: same logo, same thread, two very different canvases.

That's the quiet challenge of a multi-piece order. A design digitized for a shirt chest won't sit right on a curved visor band, so we build a separate stitch file for each garment. Same mark, tuned twice.

Thread matching across pieces matters more than people think. A visor and a shirt in different fabrics catch light differently, so we pull spools and check the match on both blanks before running anything. The set should read as one uniform, not two orders.

Team gear is a thing we care about getting right — we've seen what a matched set does for a squad's identity, and we've written about why it's worth doing properly. Every piece gets inspected before it leaves the shop.
