Babcock Winery

Local wine just hits different, and Babcock Winery is one we've followed for a long time. So when they gave us the chance to stitch a run of custom hats, it felt less like a job and more like a thank-you to a place we already loved.

We kept the set clean — grey trucker caps carrying the Babcock mark stitched crisp across the front. We digitized the logo, ran a stitched-out proof to dial in the thread and density, then carried that look across the whole run so every cap reads the same.

Grey is a forgiving panel to stitch on, but it still asks for care in the underlay so the mark sits sharp instead of sinking in. We proofed it once, locked it in, and kept the file so the next batch of Babcock hats matches these stitch for stitch.

Their wine speaks for itself, and Ocean Ghost is our go-to — the right bottle for a golden-hour evening on the Central Coast. Getting to put our needle on caps for the whole Babcock crew was a small honor, and we're grateful they let us be part of it.
