Cold Coast Brewing Co. is the kind of client every shop hopes for — a Lompoc brewery that keeps coming back, and a good friend on top of it. They're our number one repeat customer, and when they wanted a piece worthy of the name, we took our time with it.

The centerpiece was a full back-patch hoodie — a big embroidered design that fills the back panel, the sort of mark that has to land clean at scale. We digitized it, ran a stitched-out proof to dial in the thread and density, then carried that same look onto a run of caps so the whole set reads like one family.

A back patch that size lives or dies on the digitizing. Too tight and the panel puckers; too loose and the detail goes soft. We sampled it before the production run, and because we keep the digitized file, the next reorder of Cold Coast hoodies will match this one stitch for stitch — no guessing, no drift.

That's the part we're proud of. Being a Lompoc embroidery shop a few minutes from the taproom means we can hand them a real proof, talk it through over a pint, and make it right the first time. A masterpiece for a good friend and a great brewery — thanks for letting us bring it to life.
