Buellton Brew Fest

An annual event needs a cap that earns its keep, and Buellton Brew Fest is exactly that — a day of good beer in Buellton that calls for headwear the crew and the regulars will actually keep. We teamed up with Oak Brand on this one and stitched the lineup.

The mark was a beer-keg crest, and crests reward patience. We built it on structured event caps so the front holds shape through a long day on the festival grounds, then digitized the crest and ran a stitched-out proof to make sure the detail held before we committed the run.

Collabs like this go smooth when everyone's close by — Oak Brand on the design, us on the thread and the blanks, the festival on the vision. One digitized file, dialed in once, so every cap in the lineup reads identical and next year's batch can match without starting over.

Buellton's just up the valley from our Lompoc shop, so the whole thing stayed local and hands-on. We serve events all over the Central Coast, and structured caps with embroidered crests are squarely our lane — built to last past the last pour.
