Crew gear for Harvest 2024

Harvest 2024 kicked off, and Coastal Vineyard Care wanted hats that represented the crew before the first fruit came in. This isn't tasting-room merch — it's working gear for the people who manage and farm the Sta. Rita Hills vineyards, the crew out in the rows long before anybody pours a glass.

Gear for a vineyard-management crew has to earn its keep in the field, so we built the run on caps that hold up to sun, dust, and a long season. We digitized the mark, ran a stitched-out proof to lock the thread, then carried it across the batch so the whole crew reads as one team.

Embroidery is the right call for crew gear because it outlasts the work — a stitched mark won't crack or fade the way a print does after a season of wear and washing. The crest sits crisp on a structured front and stays that way through harvest and well past it.

We're a Lompoc embroidery shop right in their backyard, so the whole thing stayed local and hands-on — drop the logo, see a real proof, approve the run before we stitch a single cap in the lineup. And because we keep the file, next season's batch matches this one without starting over.

Proud to be part of Harvest 2024 with Coastal Vineyard Care. If you run a vineyard or farm crew on the Central Coast and need work caps built to last, come see us.
