In and Out Tires

A new shop opening its doors gets one first impression. When In and Out Tires was putting their look together, they trusted us with the hat — and we treated it like the small flagship it is, because for a lot of customers, the cap on the counter guy is the brand.

We crafted it the way we craft everything: artwork digitized in-house, stitch density tuned to the cap fabric, underlay built so the logo stands up off the crown instead of sinking into it. One hat design, done carefully, beats five done fast.

Tire work is hands-on work, so durability wasn't optional. Embroidery is thread locked into fabric — it doesn't peel, crack, or fade the way cheap decoration does, which is a big part of why we recommend it for business gear that has to survive a real shop floor.

There's also a quiet practical upside to getting the first run right: the digitized file is saved and ready, so when the shop grows and needs more caps — or shirts to match — the reorder is faster and easier than the first run.
