- Two-tone stitch-out tested for clean cream-on-black edge definition
Black and cream is a combination that never misses. These hats for My First Crush Wines — the label from Shaun Cassidy — kept the palette tight and let the stitching carry the design. It was a fun project, and we were glad for the opportunity.
Restraint in color puts all the pressure on execution. With two tones there's no busy palette to hide behind: thread tension, density, and edge definition are the whole show. We ran tests until the cream sat clean against the black.
Caps reward that kind of care. A well-chosen cap blank holds a logo crisp for years, and wine-country hats travel — they end up in tasting rooms, on road trips, in photos.
Wineries are a natural fit for embroidery. The gear has to feel as considered as the label on the bottle, which is why tasting rooms tend to stitch rather than print.
If you make wine on the Central Coast and want gear that matches the care in the bottle, we're here. Send the artwork and we'll come back with a real stitched proof.
