We set them up with custom jackets and vests carrying the company mark. A vest is the workhorse here — easy to throw on for a walkthrough, sharp enough to meet a tenant or a vendor — and a jacket covers the cold mornings. Embroidery is the right call, stitched into the chest so the logo still looks new after a season on the job.

We digitized the mark, ran a stitched-out proof so the team could see it in thread before the run, and dialed the jacket and vest to match so the whole crew reads like one company. The file stays on hand for the next hire or the next reorder.
