We had the opportunity to create this hat for Wonderbrett, and it's one of those pieces where the thread choice made the design. The color combination just works — the kind of pairing you only find by pulling real spools and holding them against the blank.

Color is half the craft in embroidery. A logo that looks right on a screen can go flat in thread, because thread has sheen and direction that flat color doesn't. We audition combinations against the actual cap fabric before a single stitch runs.
