Acorn Village Forest School

Acorn Village Forest School came to us with the best kind of project: fun, creative, and full of color. They wanted gear that felt like the place — outdoors, hands in the dirt, kids learning under the trees — and a tree logo bright enough to match the spirit of it. We were happy to run with it.

We put the colorful tree mark on denim hoodies and caps. Denim is a forgiving, durable canvas that holds embroidery beautifully and stands up to real wear, which is exactly what a forest school needs. The trick with a multi-color logo is keeping every shade crisp against the indigo without the colors going muddy — so the greens read green and the whole tree pops.

To get there, we digitized the artwork and pulled a stitched-out proof first, dialing in the color order and stitch density so the logo sat clean on the heavier denim weave. Once it looked right in the hoop, we kept the file — so the caps and the hoodies match, and any future run lands the same way.

It's a small run with a big personality, and that's the sort of work a local shop is built for. We handle sensible minimums and a roughly 10 to 12 day turnaround, so a school can outfit its people without a long wait or a giant order.

We loved how this one came out. There's real joy in stitching colorful gear for a place teaching kids to be outside, and being a Central Coast shop means we get to be part of projects like Acorn Village without anyone shipping a logo across the country.
