Digitized file kept; runs match every reorder

When the City of Lompoc needs gear, it doesn't go far. We stitch it a few blocks from City Hall, in the town we live in. Over the years that's grown into caps, jackets, tees, and hoodies for city departments — Building & Safety in the morning, Public Works in the yard — all carrying the city's name on our thread.

The "City of Lompoc" mark is not an easy one. There's the script, the shooting star, and a handful of bright colors that all have to read clean on a black cap and a heather hoodie alike. A logo like that lives or dies on the digitizing, so we map it once, fine-tune the color order, and pull a stitched-out proof before a single uniform run begins.

Then we keep the file. That's the quiet part that matters most. A Public Works cap and a Building & Safety jacket need to look like they came from the same place — because they did. With the digitized file on record, every reorder matches the last, and the departments stay consistent across runs, seasons, and years.

We work on sensible minimums and a roughly 10 to 12 day turnaround, so a department can refresh its gear without a fire drill. Every piece goes out built to last, the way uniforms that represent a town should — through the weather, the wash, and the work.

It's a genuine privilege to put our stitches on our own city's name. Lompoc is home, and stitching the gear that represents it isn't a job we take lightly. If you run a department or a crew here on the Central Coast, come find us — we're right down the street, and we'll treat your logo like it's ours.
