Alma Rosa has had our back for a long while, so stitching their harvest shirts felt like returning a favor between friends. They came to us, we got to work, and the gear went straight out to the vines.
These are working shirts, not shelf pieces — made to be pulled on before sunup and worn through a long day in the rows. We digitized the Alma Rosa mark and stitched it to sit clean and hold up to the grit of a real harvest.
Embroidery earns its place on gear like this because thread outlasts the season. We proofed the stitch-out first, then kept the file so the next run of Alma Rosa shirts comes out matching, harvest after harvest.
Seeing the team out there picking in the shirts we stitched is honestly the best feeling this job offers — gear we made, on the people doing the work, here on the Central Coast.
Big cheers to the whole Alma Rosa crew. If you're a Central Coast winery needing harvest shirts built to last, come see us in Lompoc.
