Don Nachos, serving traditional Mexican food in Solvang, came to us for a fresh set of crew uniforms. A kitchen that takes pride in its cooking wants the team to look the part too, and that starts with a logo stitched on clean.
We digitized their mark and ran a stitched-out proof first, matching the thread and checking placement on the blank before the run. That step is the difference between embroidery that reads sharp and a logo that ends up a little off across the batch.
Restaurant uniforms live a hard life — hot lines, long shifts, and a wash at the end of every day — so we built these to take it. Embroidered properly, the mark holds its shape through a full season instead of fading or cracking the way print can.
We kept the file, so when Don Nachos brings on a new cook or wears a few shirts through, the next batch lands identical to the first — no drift in color or placement.
We love making gear for the spots that feed the Valley. Bring us the logo and a count, and we'll stitch you a real proof before the run.
