Pico

Pico, out of Picos Alamos, didn't just want hats — they wanted to outfit the whole kitchen. So we put together a proper care package: black snapbacks with the "pico" mark up front, plus embroidered aprons for the line. Front of house and back of house, all reading from the same playbook.

The wordmark went on clean — a tight, legible logo that suits a snapback's flat front. We digitized it once and ran a stitched-out proof, then matched that exact embroidery onto the aprons so a cook and the cap on the rack looked like they came from one shop. Which they did.

Aprons and caps are different animals to embroider. The apron's heavier canvas takes a denser stitch, the snapback's structured front wants a lighter touch, so we tuned each one rather than forcing a single setting across both. Little things, but they're the difference between gear that lasts and gear that frays.

We kept the file on hand, so when Pico adds a cook or wears through an apron, the reorder lands identical to the first batch — no drift, no "close enough."
