Toro Loco came back to us, and a repeat customer is the best kind of compliment a shop can get. This time the brief was a camo trucker cap carrying their flaming-bull logo — a mark with a lot going on, which is exactly the kind of detail that lives or dies on the digitizing.

Camo is a tricky backdrop. The pattern wants to fight a logo for attention, so we sampled the bull on the actual blank before committing, checking that the flames and the horns held their shape against the mottled fabric. A stitched-out proof settled it, and once we liked what we saw, the run was straightforward.

Because Toro Loco had ordered with us before, we already had the file dialed in from the last go-round. That's the quiet advantage of keeping every customer's artwork on hand — a reorder doesn't start from scratch, it picks up right where the last batch left off, matching thread for thread.

Restaurant caps take a beating. They ride through hot kitchens and long shifts, so we built these on a structured front that holds the logo crisp instead of letting it slump after a few washes. Embroidered the right way, a cap like this outlasts the season by a wide margin.

Glad to keep making gear for a Lompoc spot that keeps coming back. Drop the logo off on N 8th St and we'll take it from there.
