Eddie's Grill runs more than one diner, and they wanted a cap that would feel the same no matter which door you walked through. We built it on the Richardson 112 — a trucker cap people know and trust — in a clean red, white, and blue that suits a classic American grill down to the ground.

A logo that has to look identical across multiple locations puts the weight on consistency, and consistency starts with the file. We digitized the mark once, proofed it with a stitch-out, and locked it in. That single file is what guarantees the cap on the rack in one location matches the one across town, stitch for stitch.

The Richardson 112 is a structured front for a reason — it holds a logo upright and crisp instead of letting it sag after a season of wear. Embroidered onto that blank, the red-white-and-blue mark reads sharp from across the dining room, which is exactly where a diner wants its name to land.

Keeping the file means reorders are painless. When one location runs low, the next batch comes off matching the last — no guessing, no slow drift in color or placement over time.

We're right here in Lompoc, making caps for Central Coast spots that care about getting it right. Send us the logo and the locations, and we'll make sure every one of them carries the same hat.
