El Tizón in Lompoc came to us for fresh polos for the grill crew — clean, sharp, and ready for the heat, just like the fire dishes coming off their line. A polo is a quieter canvas than a cap, and getting a logo to sit right on one is its own craft.
We digitized their mark and ran a stitched-out proof before the run, checking that the logo read crisp on the polo's knit without puckering or pulling. A left-chest mark only looks effortless when the stitch density and stabilizer are matched to the fabric, so that's where we started.
Grill crews put gear through the wringer — heat, grease, long shifts, constant washing — so we tuned the stitch to hold its shape through all of it. Embroidered the right way, a polo keeps the logo upright and clean long after the season turns.
We kept the file on hand, so when El Tizón brings on more hands or wears through a set, the next batch lands identical to the first — same thread, same placement, no drift.
Supporting local kitchens one stitch at a time is the whole point around here. If you run a Central Coast spot and want your crew looking sharp at the grill, drop the logo off in Lompoc and we'll stitch you a real proof.
