Lompoc Cadets

Fresh hats for the Lompoc Cadets, and we were glad to stitch them. A youth cadet program teaches discipline and pride, and gear that carries the group's name should hold up to both — so we gave these caps the same care we'd give any uniform run.

A cap that represents a program has to be squared-away. We digitized the mark, pulled a stitched-out proof, and matched the thread before the run started — no loose edges, no guesswork, a logo that reads clean and sharp from across the room.

A structured front is what keeps that mark crisp through real use. Cadet caps get worn often and seen often, so we kept the stitch tight and the construction solid — gear that still looks right after a long stretch of wear.

Once it was dialed, we saved the file. That way each new group of cadets gets caps that match the last batch exactly, and the program can refresh its gear year over year without any drift or a re-digitizing fee.
