Pico Los Alamos

We put together a care package for Pico in Los Alamos: Yupoong hats and BlueCut aprons, each embroidered with their logo. Two very different garments, one consistent brand.

A cap and an apron ask different things of the same artwork. The cap wants a compact, dense stitch-out that holds its shape on a curved crown; the apron gives the logo room to breathe on flat, heavy fabric. We digitize separately for each rather than forcing one file to do both jobs.

Blanks matter as much as the stitching. Yupoong makes some of the best caps to embroider, and BlueCut aprons are built for real kitchens — starting with good garments is half of why the finished gear feels right.

Restaurants are some of our favorite clients because their gear actually gets used, shift after shift. And when it's time for more, the second run is faster because the digitizing is already dialed in.
