Porky's BBQ

Porky's BBQ wanted something with a little scarcity built in — a limited-edition cap people would want to grab before they were gone. We landed on a grey snapback carrying a red pig logo, and the contrast does a lot of the work: bright red thread popping clean off a heather grey front.

Red on grey only looks effortless when the digitizing is right. Get the stitch density wrong and a bold color like that can bleed or pucker, so we sampled the pig on the actual blank and ran a stitched-out proof before committing to the run. Once it read crisp, we were off.

A flat-front snapback is the right home for a logo like this — structured, upright, and roomy enough to let the pig sit large and proud without crowding the brim. Embroidered onto that blank, the mark holds its shape long after the limited batch sells through.

We kept the file, so if Porky's decides the limited run deserves a second life, the next batch comes off identical to the first — same red, same placement, same pig. A limited edition only stays special if the reorder doesn't cheapen it.
