Sweet Baking Co. wanted a limited-edition cap built with a little scarcity to it — the kind of hat fans pre-order so they don't miss out. A bakery with a following can carry a cap as well as it carries a logo on a box, and these were made to be wanted.

We digitized their mark and ran a stitched-out proof, matching the thread and checking placement on the blank before the run. With a limited drop, getting it right the first time matters even more, because there's no second batch to fix a near-miss.

We built these on a structured front that holds the logo crisp and upright, so the cap looks as sharp on the last pre-order as it did on the first. Embroidered the right way, it keeps its shape long after a limited run sells through.

We kept the file, so if the demand calls for a second life, the reorder comes off identical to the first — same thread, same placement. A limited edition only stays special if the restock doesn't cheapen it.
