Valle Eatery & Bar

Valle Eatery & Bar is local, talented, and cooking food we're happy to drive across town for, so stitching their chef coats was an easy yes. A chef coat is the most personal thing a kitchen wears, and we treated it that way.

We digitized their mark and ran a stitched-out proof before committing, checking that the logo sat clean and crisp on the coat. A chef coat carries its name right where everyone sees it, so placement and stitch density had to be exact, not close enough.

Chef coats earn their keep — hot lines, long services, constant washing — so we tuned a denser stitch to the heavier fabric instead of forcing a cap setting onto a coat. Embroidered the right way, the logo holds its shape long after a softer job would have frayed.

We kept the file on hand, so as Valle adds to the line or wears through a coat, the reorder comes off identical to the first — same thread, same placement, every time. The Lompoc Tacos, for the record, are worth the visit on their own.
